Paperless Closer give you a real-time snapshot of your file by making the Title Commitments, Tax Certificates, the HUD-1 and any other pertinent information readily available to the Real Estate Agent at all times.Once the file is opened a Paperless Closer User Name and Password is emailed to the Agent.
